Ernest Nalband
Engineering / Operations / R+D
A graduate from Emmanuel College with a degree in Chemistry, Ernest has 8 years of experience in the Roll Surface industry and has established himself as an integral part of the MPP Inc. team. Ernest’s primary responsibilities are process improvement and R + D of new and custom coatings and surface finishes. He also assists in the day to day operations within the facility. If you are looking to develop a new product, texture or surface finish, Ernest will work to facilitate your unique needs.

Glenn Geddis
Facility, Product Engineer, & Sales
A graduate from Western New England with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Glenn has over 30 years of experience in the Roll engineering industry. Prior to his career at MPP Inc, Glenn managed another machine and Roll manufacturing facility for 15 years. Here at MPP Inc. his main focus is on facility and product engineering while also handling sales and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Kurt Stronk
Product Engineer
A graduate from The University of Hartford with a degree in physics, Kurt started his career at MPP Inc. in 2010 working on the facility floor. Since then, Kurt has worked his way up to being one of our product engineers. Because of his experience on the production line, Kurt is very familiar with individual customer needs. Kurt is responsible for incoming roll inspections and determining the appropriate work scope for each roll.

Penny has been a part of the MPP Inc. team for years 24 years now and is responsible for managing the main office. This includes Accounting, Human Resources, and Purchasing. Penny is also MPP’s representative for various trade shows held throughout the year. Marie is coming up on her 15th year with MPP Inc. Her responsibilities include receiving and shipping of orders for MPP Inc. If you intend to ship a roll to us please contact Marie for a Facility Order number (FO#).
